For every ACTIVE account, this cancels pending orders at Upstox, market-sells every open position, then leaves the account ACTIVE on success. Accounts that fail mid-flatten are left SUSPENDED for safety — fix and Activate manually. For an emergency kill switch that suspends every account regardless, use Square Off & Suspend All instead.
